Aug 21, 2015 6:00:00 AM

Montgomery Roth had the honor of sponsoring the Hotel and Lodging Association of Greater Houston's monthly luncheon yesterday. We met new Association Members and caught-up with our industry friends.

Lisa Roth, Principal at Montgomery Roth, gave a presentation that focused on game-changing Hospitality Trends. Since the audience was comprised of hotel operators and owners, the content was a big hit. It addressed major issues such as: 'What should we do about the Millennial Trend?', 'Where to buy materials for a high-quality yet budget-friendly renovation?', 'How does the Sharing Economy impact Hoteliers?'.

In the next couple of months we will be sharing some of the key-points through our blog. Stay tuned.

Rio-Grande Ultra Luxury Apartments: When Size Matters

Posted by Alina Rader

Aug 4, 2015 6:00:00 AM

The definition of luxury real estate depends on the market, culture, and personal preference. In Male, Maldives, exclusivity, craftsmanship, and innovation are must-haves. Number four on the Most Crowded Island in the World List, Male is a modern downtown island in the middle of the Indian Ocean.

Investors don’t hesitate to develop real estate in this anything-but-saturated market. Rio Grande developer approached Montgomery Roth because of our expertise in the art of listening. The owner was truly excited to see his vision turn into reality: a transitional, sleek interior where tiny doesn’t mean crummy or cramped.

News to Share: Piada Italian Street Food in Houston

Posted by Alina Rader

Mar 11, 2015 6:00:00 AM

We are very excited to announce that we are working on a new concept for the Houston market- Piada Italian Street Food. Piada was born from the belief that everyone is entitled to experience fresh, authentic Italian food, in a warm and inviting atmosphere. A fast casual, authentic Italian eatery serving hand rolled Piadas (a wrap using thin crust dough), Pasta Bowls, & Chopped Salads.

According to Brad Ervin, who is the Director of Construction and Development, Piada began as an idea scribbled on a napkin during a visit to Rimini, Italy. “Our chef found distinct charm in the family-operated food carts and corner markets scattered throughout the streets of the city, where the aroma of fresh basil, handcrafted cured meats and homemade cheeses filled the air. Our chef opened Piada based on the principles of passion and pride for quality ingredients and simplistic cooking techniques.”
